01 — The visit
You come to the distillery. We pour the new make before anything is decided. The conversation about your cask — your cellar, your palate, your intentions — happens before anything is agreed.
02 — The barrel
A fresh ex-Bourbon barrel. 52 gallons. Delivered to your home, filled by your hands, witnessed and dated. From that moment it belongs entirely to you.
03 — The years
Draw off bottles when ready. Refill with fresh new make. Add wine, Port, or Sherry on your terms. The cask is perpetual. So is our interest in what you are making.
We distill 100% malted barley wash — the same grain profile that defines the great single malts. No shortcuts, no blending grain. What goes into your full-size cask is the real thing, unaged and honest.
You receive it in labeled 1.75-liter bottles, each authenticated with the place and date it was distilled. The provenance begins on day one.

At six months, one year, and beyond, you can reach us — with questions about your cask and where it is heading.

Thinking about adding a Port or Sherry? Noticing something in your latest sample you can't quite place? We're available — as fellow connoisseurs. The conversation is always peer to peer.
No deadlines, no pressure
This is your cask on your timeline. We will never tell you when to bottle. The spirit is ready when you decide it is.
A small program, kept small
We accept only a limited number of Curator Cask owners each year. Not as an artificial scarcity. Because real support requires real attention — and we intend to give it when you ask for it.
